6 players the Vikings can acquire to replace Danielle Hunter

Vic Beasley – Free agent
Being able to sign a player rather than trade for one would be beneficial for the Minnesota Vikings. However, it is a bit confusing as to why Vic Beasley is still out there without a roster spot on an NFL team.
Only 29 years old, Vic Beasley is best known for his time with the Atlanta Falcons. He has a breakout season in 2016 when he had a career-high 15.5 sacks and six forced fumbles, earning himself First-Team All-Pro honors and a Pro Bowl nod.
Beasley has accumulated 37.5 sacks in 88 games played but has been quiet since his 2019 NFL season. His time with the Titans and Raiders is largely forgettable and an opportunity to get a fresh start with a new team could be very appealing.
The number eight overall draft pick in the 2015 NFL draft, Beasley was a star at Clemson. While playing on that Tigers team, he had some teammates who may be very familiar to Vikings fans: Bashaud Breeland and Mackensie Alexander. Those ties may help to make Minnesota more attractive to the free agent.
