After a tough loss to the Dallas Cowboys, will the Minnesota Vikings be able to rebound in Week 9 against the Baltimore Ravens?

Last week against the Dallas Cowboys, the Minnesota Vikings had a perfect opportunity to get off to a great start after returning from their bye week. Instead, the Vikings dropped the matchup and things won’t get any easier for them in Week 9 when they take on a 5-2 Baltimore Ravens team.

Before losing to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7, the Ravens had won five games in a row, and they were viewed by some as the best team in the AFC.

Baltimore will be coming off of their bye looking to get the bad taste of the Bengals loss out of their mouth, so Minnesota getting a win this week is not going to be a simple task.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Baltimore Ravens prediction Week 9

With Dak Prescott on the sidelines last week, many expected Minnesota to defeat Dallas in Week 8. Now, with Lamar Jackson on track to start under center for the Ravens, most are expecting the Vikings to lose this weekend.

But this is the type of game where Minnesota reels their fan base back in. A week after falling flat against the Cowboys, the Vikings will come up with a solid strategy to not only contain Jackson, but exploit Baltimore’s league-worst pass defense as well.

Minnesota will improve their record to 4-4 and the endless cycle of trying to figure out if they’re good this season will continue.
