In their first of two meetings with the Green Bay Packers this season, can the Minnesota Vikings get a win and get their record back to .500?

Typically, the Minnesota Vikings have already gone up against the Green Bay Packers at least once before Week 11. However, this season’s schedule has the first meeting between the Vikings and Packers taking place on Sunday in the middle of November.

The first game between these two NFC North rivals will take place inside Minnesota’s beautiful U.S. Bank Stadium. Green Bay had the luxury of playing with no fans in the stands during their trip to the Twin Cities last season. That won’t be the case this year as Vikings‘ fans will be doing their best to make it deafening inside their team’s home stadium this weekend.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers prediction Week 11

This should be an interesting showdown between a Green Bay team that will be without their top running back in Aaron Jones and a Minnesota team that is expecting to see the return of safety Harrison Smith and cornerback Patrick Peterson this weekend.

On Sunday, the Packers are likely going to find out just how important Jones is to their offense. Due to his absence, and the combined efforts of Dalvin Cook and Justin Jefferson, the Vikings should be able to leave the field this weekend with their fifth win of the season.
