The coaching staff is a bit different after Week 10
Fans had been asking for it. Critics and analysts have been criticizing them for it. But it finally happened against the Chargers when Mike Zimmer and the Minnesota Vikings were finally an aggressive team.
The purple and gold went for it twice on fourth down and it would have been three times if a fake punt wasn’t called dead due to referees being out of position for the play. That kind of aggressiveness to get points on the board or secure a win wasn’t part of the team’s identity earlier this season.
Now that Minnesota has a different mindset and are playing to win games instead of not losing them, this opens up the Vikings to take an early lead and keep their foot on the gas to keep the contest out of reach.
If you pair that with kind of gameplay with an accurate quarterback in Kirk Cousins who has thrown only two interceptions this season compared to 18 touchdowns and a defense that is getting back several starters, it could be a recipe for success against any team in the NFL.
What is your biggest reason the Minnesota Vikings could beat the Green Bay Packers in Week 11? And do you think that will actually be the outcome of the game? Let us know your opinion in the comments section.
