The Minnesota Vikings somehow lost to the hapless Detroit Lions. Who were the most disappointing members of the Purple from that game?

The Minnesota Vikings gave the Detroit Lions their first win in what feels like years. The Vikings started out extremely slow in the first half and then after the offense woke up, the defense, once again, crumbled late, allowing the Lions’ pathetic offense to march the length of the field with less than two minutes left.

It was another close and heartbreaking loss for Minnesota in a season that has been riddled with them. The Vikings can only blame themselves for the outcome of this game, as performances of the players and decisions of the coaching staff were detrimental in the defeat.

Minnesota is now in a major hole when it comes to the playoffs and many are calling for the end of the Mike Zimmer era.

There are plenty of players to blame for this loss and they can be found on both sides of the ball. As bad as most were in this contest, there were some who were much worse than others. Here’s a list of the most disappointing Vikings in the loss to the Lions.
