The Bears are hit hard by COVID-19 and injuries

Several teams are getting hit extremely hard by COVID-19 and the Chicago Bears are one of the squads that are having a tough time. As of Saturday’s injury report, they had a dozen players on the list with some big names included.

Superstar wide receiver Allen Robinson is one of them along with former Bears starting quarterback Andy Dalton, defensive back Eddie Jackson, tight end Jesse James, and defensive back Artie Burns.

If those weren’t bad enough, offensive tackle Jason Peters is already ruled out with an ankle injury while starting wide receiver Marquise Goodwin is doubtful with a foot injury. That should make the Bears’ challenges on offense even more of a struggle.

The Vikings only have three players on their reserve/COVID-19 list and have not ruled any players out for Monday night. As far as being healthy and prepared goes, the Minnesota Vikings have a big advantage heading into the game.
