Eric Kendricks – LB

This one hurts a bit. The argument can be made that Eric Kendricks is the most complete interior linebacker in the NFL thanks to his ability to play run support, blitz, and drop into coverage at a high level.

Even with missing one game this season, Kendricks is seventh in tackles with 127 and has racked up five quarterback sacks, two interceptions, and a fumble recovery. Those stats alone should show that he can do it all.

Instead, Cowboys rookie phenomenon Micah Parsons and Seahawks defender Bobby Wagner got the nods for the Pro Bowl.  Wagner is the current leader in tackles after 15 weeks of football and that statistic is likely what earned him the spot.

It’s mind-blowing that Eric Kendricks has only made the Pro Bowl once in his career. This alone feels like highway robbery. The disrespect to the Vikings linebacker over the years is something that should have fans of the purple and gold irate.
