It’s Christmas time, so here’s a list of the members of the Minnesota Vikings who deserve a lump of coal in their stockings this year.

All the gifts are wrapped and under the tree. Sounds of Bing Crosby fill the air, and kin and kith all gather together to celebrate this most festive of seasons. Speaking of seasons, the Minnesota Vikings 2021 season hasn’t gone quite according to plan. With three games to go, they find themselves at 7-7 and pretty much need to win out to secure a playoff berth.

They have gotten themselves in this position by not being able to close out games when they have a lead and not finding ways to win the close ones. It’s been a trying and difficult season for players, coaches, and especially the fans to take.

While the close losses have been frustrating, there are plenty of reasons why the Vikings haven’t been able to come out on top. Some of it has been because of poor play from certain members of the team, and others have to do with some questionable and poor coaching decisions and preparation.

Those players and coaches all deserve blame, and they all deserve a big lump of coal in their stocking when that fat jolly old elf rolls into town. That being said, here are the five Vikings who deserve a lump of coal in their stocking when they wake up on Christmas morning.
