Dominate the NFC North
The NFC North has been dominated by the Green Bay Packers lately. They have won eight of the last 11 division titles and only two have gone to the Minnesota Vikings. That needs to change immediately.
Of course, the decision that Aaron Rodgers makes in Green Bay could be a huge factor in who wins the “Black and Blue Division” going forward, but Minnesota shouldn’t put too much hope in the Packers struggling.
It’s time for Minnesota to make a statement much as they did from 1968 to 1978 when the Purple People Eaters won 10 of the 11 division titles and made all four of their Super Bowl appearances as a franchise.
The Vikings are currently 3-1 in the NFC North with games still to come in Green Bay on Sunday Night Football and the season finale at home against the Bears. Even if those games don’t end up having playoff implications, losing to division foes is never a good time.
