Morocco Brown

Again, if the Minnesota Vikings target somebody like Morocco Brown, they’ll need to act fast. The director of college scouting at the Indianapolis Colts interviewed for the Atlanta Falcons position in 2021 and is a leading figure behind some draft day finds for the AFC South team in recent years.

This is always highly sought after by other NFL organizations. Building through the draft is the best way to keep the cap figure down and do things the right way – something the Vikings did fairly well with Rick Spielman at the helm for the best part of a decade.

Brown might get an interview or two this spring and the Vikings should be at the front of the queue. Progressive minds with plenty of experience are traits that represent the best possible direction for the organization considering their current status and he definitely fits the bill in that sense.

The Vikings might be in more of a rush than most considering they also need to appoint a head coach. If they ended up going with someone like Brown, his forward-thinking might make all the difference for a team that still appears at something of a crossroads despite cleaning house behind the scenes.
