The 2021 NFL season wasn’t a great one for the Minnesota Vikings and some aspects of the team were much more disappointing than others.

When thinking about the 2021 season for the Minnesota Vikings, it will likely be remembered as the last season of the Mike Zimmer and Rick Spielman era. But there was so much more going on than that.

The offense and defense both had major issues while the fractures in the team’s structure started to become more apparent. For a team with a significant amount of talent, they struggled to put together a complete game.

Despite some moments that had fans standing and cheering, there were plenty of occasions where the purple and gold left fans with their heads hanging in shame at what the team did or didn’t do on the field.
