Which Los Angeles Rams players could follow new head coach Kevin O’Connell to the Minnesota Vikings in 2022?

Although nothing has been officially confirmed due to his participation in the Super Bowl, Kevin O’Connell is the new head coach of the Minnesota Vikings, according to multiple media reports. The progressive young coach will be leaving his position as Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator and his final game with the team could see them hoisting the Vince Lombardi Trophy with a victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

If O’Connell was to acquire a shiny new ring before embarking on his next challenge, it would certainly make those on the Vikings sit up and take notice. This is a team that has been languishing in mediocrity with no playoff football over the last two seasons, so if the new appointment can bring some of his success from the California sunshine to Minnesota, it will be like a breath of fresh air.

It promises to be an eventful offseason period for the Vikings, who also have a new general manager in Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, and a younger, fresher approach could work wonders providing Minnesota can rid themselves of some salary-cap difficulties before free agency.

With this in mind, here are five Rams players who could follow O’Connell to the Vikings in 2022.
