It’s been three years, so now we can go back and accurately grade the class of players the Minnesota Vikings selected in the 2019 NFL Draft.
They often say it takes at least three years to properly evaluate and grade an NFL draft. Well, that time has come for the Minnesota Vikings 2019 class.
They have had three full seasons under their belts so now we can get a good idea of what they bring to the table every Sunday and what type of upside they may still possess.
The Vikings’ 2019 class was a big one. Rick Spielman got trade happy and moved down plenty of times, accumulating a total of 12 picks. To his credit, most of these players are still on the team, so that is something he can hang his hat on and tell front offices around the league as he tries to land a new front office gig.
While many of the players remain, the impact they have had and could continue to have is what is most important.
We will look back and grade each of these picks based on production and where they were taken in the draft, eventually coming to an overall grade. Here is Minnesota‘s 2019 draft class’s evaluation after three seasons.
