The Minnesota Vikings will need to get their picks right during the 2022 NFL Draft and here is who the team should be picking in the first five rounds.

The offseason has officially arrived in the NFL now that the Super Bowl is over and the Los Angeles Rams are the champions. Kevin O’Connell is expected to be named the team’s new head coach this week and then decisions will begin to be made regarding the direction of the franchise.

It is more difficult than ever to predict what the Vikings are going to do moving forward. New general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah could collaborate with O’Connell to make some major changes that could include changing defensive schemes and altering personnel groupings.

Despite what changes are made, Minnesota will need to accumulate quite a bit of talent in order to fill their roster holes and add depth in order to start the process of bringing this team back to the playoffs.

A good place to get talent is the 2022 NFL Draft. The Minnesota Vikings have four selections in the first five rounds and might be able to find some starters or key contributors in those rounds. Here is one direction the team could go with their selections.
