With the Senior Bowl and the 2022 NFL Scouting Combine in the books, who are some prospects the Minnesota Vikings could target in the second round of this year’s NFL Draft?

All the focus for the last few months has been what the Minnesota Vikings will do with the 12th overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Two of the biggest pre-draft events have come and gone and now we have a little better idea of where these prospects could end up. Free agency is just getting started and will have a say in how things shake out, but the NFL Draft is definitely starting to shape up.

With that in mind, we can now begin to look beyond the first round and a bit later into the draft and predict who might still be on the board. We can also factor in what teams will do in the first round, giving us an idea of what position will present the best value when the draft’s second day kicks off.

Here is a list of five players who could still be on the board when Minnesota goes on the clock in the second round at pick No. 46. What they do in the first round will eliminate at least one of these options, but these prospects are, as of now, widely seen as being available when the Vikings go on the clock in the second round.
