Of all of the quarterbacks the Minnesota Vikings have ever selected in the NFL Draft, which seven signal-callers stand out from the rest of the group?

Heading into the upcoming 2022 NFL Draft, quarterback probably isn’t at the top of the priority list for the Minnesota Vikings.

After giving Kirk Cousins a one-year extension that included a no-trade clause earlier this offseason, the Vikings likely aren’t going to have a new starting quarterback until 2024.

Whenever the time eventually comes for Minnesota to draft a young signal-caller again, that player will join a group that includes one Hall of Famer and a number of former Vikings passers that earned multiple Pro Bowl selections.

Finding a top quarterback in the draft certainly hasn’t been something Minnesota has excelled at during their history as a franchise. The Vikings struck gold with the very first signal-caller they ever selected in the draft, and since then, the other quarterbacks the team has drafted have turned out to be solid at best.

Since their very first season in 1961, Minnesota has picked a total of 26 quarterbacks in the NFL Draft. Of these 26 passers, which seven stand out as the absolute best of the bunch?
