With their picks in the first five rounds of the 2022 NFL Draft, who will the Minnesota Vikings decide to add to their roster?

In just a matter of hours, the Minnesota Vikings are expected to make their first selection in the 2022 NFL Draft.

This year’s draft is intriguing for a variety of reasons when it comes to the Vikings. Minnesota has holes to fill on their roster as they do every year, however, the decisions about who the team drafts will be made by someone completely new this time.

With limited resources, new Vikings general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah wasn’t able to make a ton of big moves in free agency earlier this year. But this week’s draft will give Adofo-Mensah another opportunity to prove why Minnesota chose him to replace longtime general manager Rick Spielman.

It will be interesting to see what decisions the Vikings make with someone new leading the way, but this year’s draft, in general, is likely going to be very interesting due to all of the uncertainty surrounding it.

It’s a draft where there could be some very talented prospects still on the board when it comes time for Minnesota to make their picks.

Will the Vikings look to add some new players that can make an immediate impact next season, or will the next three days be about putting themselves in a good position for the 2023 draft?

We will have to wait and see, but how might the first five rounds look for Minnesota during this year’s NFL Draft?
