Day 3 of the 2022 NFL Draft brought six new players to the Minnesota Vikings. What should fans and the team expect from these rookies?

Much of the excitement of the NFL Draft happens in the early rounds when the big-name prospects get their names called on primetime television. But Day 3 of the draft offers a lot of talent where teams like the Minnesota Vikings can find major contributors at a cheaper price.

General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah showed no fear in his first draft for the purple and gold by wheeling and dealing multiple picks across all three days while ending up with six new players joining the team on Saturday afternoon.

Many Vikings fans may not know much about these young college players, but they will each have an opportunity to make their mark on a Minnesota franchise that is looking for talent to help the team reach the playoffs this upcoming season.

Let’s take a look at some of the good things and bad things about these new arrivals as well as what the team can expect from them during the 2022 NFL season plus what NFL.com thinks of their future in the league.
