With the 2022 NFL Draft now over and done with, should the Minnesota Vikings be considered a contender in the NFC?

Now that the 2022 NFL Draft has concluded for the Minnesota Vikings and the rest of the league, where do each of the 16 teams in the NFC currently stand in the conference?

We’re at the point in the offseason where the rosters for each team are pretty much set. There might be a few notable free agents signed between now and the start of training camp, but for the most part, the guys that are on each roster are going to be the guys competing for a spot to stick around for the 2022 regular season.

When it comes to the Vikings, they’ve made some pretty big changes this year, headlined by the hirings of head coach Kevin O’Connell and Kwesi Adofo-Mensah. Despite there being new leadership in the building, Minnesota made the decision to bring back many of their core players from the 2021 roster.

The Vikings added a few intriguing new pieces to their team during this year’s NFL Draft. But did they do enough to be considered one of the top-seven teams in the NFC?
