10. New York Giants

Next season, the Giants could be a team that surprises a few people, especially after what they did during the 2022 NFL Draft.

New York added former Oregon pass rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux and former Alabama offensive lineman Evan Neal in the first round this year. Their arrival combined with the hiring of Brian Daboll as the team’s new head coach could help the Giants have a respectable season for the first time in a while.

9. New Orleans Saints

Just like New York, the Saints added a pair of rookies in the first round of this year’s NFL Draft. With their two selections in the opening round, New Orleans went with former Ohio State wide receiver Chris Olave and former Northern Iowa offensive tackle Trevor Penning.

With someone else as their head coach other than Sean Payton for the first time since 2005 when they finished 3-13, the Saints have every right to take a step back next season. But with guys like Alvin Kamara, Cameron Jordan, and Marshon Lattimore still on the roster, New Orleans should be able to have a respectable performance in 2022.
