If you were to ask Minnesota Vikings fans who the one NFL player they hate more than any other is, odds are that you would hear the name of Aaron Rodgers more than any other player combined.

Since he is a division foe, facing the four-time NFL MVP who is a ten-time Pro Bowl selection, four-time All-Pro, and Super Bowl MVP twice a season is a massive task for any team, let alone a squad that has struggled defensively.

Don’t be fooled about losing Davante Adams. While it will be a big loss for the team, Rodgers can make average receivers look like Pro Bowl talents thanks to his amazing accuracy and ability to throw the ball anywhere on the field.

Vikings fans don’t need to see Rodgers’ stats to know how good he is. It’s something that is witnessed often enough that it has become common knowledge. Until he retires from the league or moves out of Green Bay, Rodgers will always be the toughest quarterback the Minnesota Vikings face every season.

Biggest challenges:

  • One of the best quarterbacks in the league
  • Division familiarity
  • Can make any throw at any time
