In the most unique case on this list, Everson Griffen‘s availability for the 2022 NFL season isn’t because of teams not being interested in his services. Instead, if he decides to return to the league, he will likely have many suitors inquiring about his services.

The pass rusher stepped away from the NFL to work on his mental health but returned to the Vikings in 2021 and put together a nice season in just nine games played with six starts among those contests.

Griffen had ten quarterback hits with five sacks and showcased the type of leadership and energy fans have seen from him since joining Minnesota in 2010 despite being 34 years old and losing his pass rush partner Danielle Hunter to injury during the season.

It would be a little surprising to see Everson Griffen announce that he intends to play during the 2022 NFL season. But if he does decide to lace up his cleats again, odds are that he would want to do so for the Minnesota Vikings.
