The most recent 2022 win total predictions for each team in the NFL from WynnBET have the Minnesota Vikings favored to win more than nine games.

In three of the last four years, the Minnesota Vikings have failed to end their regular-season schedule with a double-digit win total. That lone year, 2019, saw the Vikings finish with a 10-6 record and make it to the divisional. round of the playoffs.

With Mike Zimmer gone and Kevin O’Connell now Minnesota’s new head coach, the team believes they can return to the postseason for the first time since 2019.

To earn a spot in the playoffs next season, the Vikings will likely have to win at least nine games. Luckily for them, that win total is right around what oddsmakers think Minnesota is capable of ending up with during the 2022 campaign.

Minnesota Vikings favored to win more than nine games during the 2022 season

Recently, WynnBET released their latest win total predictions for each team in the NFL during the upcoming 2022 season.

For the Vikings, they have their win total over/under set at nine games. Minnesota hitting the over and surpassing more than nine wins is currently favored (-120 odds) and failing to finish with at least nine victories in 2022 is the underdog (+110).

WynnBET has the Vikings with the second-highest win total over/under prediction in the NFC North for next season. The Green Bay Packers lead the division with an over/under win total prediction set at 11.5.

Interestingly enough, the Packers failing to end next season with more than 11.5 victories has the best odds (-140) compared to the odds of them surpassing 11.5 wins in 2022 (+125).

Currently, Minnesota and Green Bay are two of eight NFC teams with a 2022 over/under win total prediction of at least nine victories. The other six teams include the Arizona Cardinals (9), Philadelphia Eagles (9.5), San Francisco 49ers (10), Dallas Cowboys (10.5), Los Angeles Rams (10.5), and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
