Some great players took the field when Mike Zimmer was the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings and these players in their prime would help the team in 2022.

There is a lot to be excited about for the Minnesota Vikings as they head into the 2022 NFL season. The team acquired a lot of talent through free agency and the draft to have a lot of talent available for the new coaching staff.

Still, there are some questionable spots that need to be filled. Odds are that those spots will be won during training camp and the preseason but it is always fun to look at ways the purple and gold could improve upon their roster.

Players could still be traded and more cuts and signings are likely to happen before the kickoff of the season, but it’s a fun idea to take a look into the franchise’s past to see just how amazing this team could be.
