The Minnesota Vikings were busy this offseason and some of their moves aren’t getting the love they should from fans and the media.

Heading into the 2022 NFL season, the Minnesota Vikings have made a lot of changes from the previous year. They made changes from the down all the way down, replacing nearly everyone from the previous regime while hoping to keep the roster competitive.

Some of the moves Minnesota made were highly discussed by fans and the media. Getting a new general manager and head coach were the headlines of the offseason but the addition of pass rusher Za’Darius Smith was the squad’s biggest splash in free agency.

Listing the number of changes the Vikings made this offseason would take a long, long time. However, there are some alterations that have gone under the radar more than others and deserve more attention.

With so many moves to talk about, let’s focus on some of the most underrated moves that will make a massive impact on the 2022 season (as well as the future of the franchise) moving forward starting with a very interesting coaching hire.
