#3: The staff loses the locker room

The first two points were simple Changing schemes and personnel will definitely be something to watch. However, it is the coaching staff that will be in charge of making sure that players know their roles and execute them properly.

The interesting part of the new staff of the Minnesota Vikings is that there is a lot of inexperience among the leadership. The team has a first-time GM, a first-time head coach, and a first-time defensive coordinator.

While this will be a great opportunity for those individuals to prove themselves, it is also something new that brings a lot of responsibility to the table and forces them to be on the same page as the players they are coaching up to succeed.

If the brass can’t get the locker room to buy into their vision for the team, a disconnect with form between them and will become a toxic environment that will set the franchise back for years. Thankfully, this doesn’t seem to be the case so far as players have been raving about the new staff thus far.
