If anyone should be considered the favorite to unseat Garrett Bradbury as the starting center for the Minnesota Vikings, it will most likely be Chris Reed. Reed has already been taking some snaps with the first team offense in camp and he could see more action there if he plays well in the preseason.

Reed has made his way around the NFL since being an undrafted free agent in 2015, spending time with the Jaguars, Dolphins, Panthers, and Colts before landing in Minnesota for the 2022 NFL season.

The 30-year-old offensive lineman has played in 61 games during his career, Of those games, Reed started 29 contests with his best season coming in 2020 with the Panthers where he started 14 games at left guard.

It will be interesting to see if Chris Reed can be the one to unseat former first-round draft pick Garrett Bradbury. All it would take is for Reed to be decent at center in order to be a serious contender for the job.
