Heading into the team’s final game of the 2022 preseason, who are a few of the younger Minnesota Vikings players that are likely on their way out?

Two phases of cuts have been made, and now there’s only one preseason game left for players to prove they deserve a spot on the final roster of the 2022 Minnesota Vikings.

Before we know it, a significant portion of players will be shown the door by the Vikings as the team has to reduce their roster from 80 members to 53 by Tuesday, August 30th.

Tough decisions will have to be made, and dreams will be crushed, but it’s the nature of the NFL. Not everyone is going to make it.

For Minnesota, they already have a pretty good idea of which players they are likely going to take into the regular season. Saturday’s final exhibition game against the Denver Broncos will just be an opportunity for the Vikings to figure out who will be given the last few roster spots they have available.

Many of the guys Minnesota chooses not to keep for their final 2022 roster will be players that are in their first or second year in the league. Of these younger guys, who likely won’t be among the final 53 players the Vikings pick for their regular-season roster?
