Christian Darrisaw – LT

As most Vikings fans have talked about in recent months, the 2021 draft was quite an abysmal group with seven of the 11 players drafted already parting ways with the team. That’s a number that is alarmingly high after just one season.

Luckily, Minnesota can find solace in their first-round draft pick from 2021 as Christian Darrisaw is shaping up to be a franchise left tackle.

Darrisaw continued his impressive sophomore season in Week 3 against Detroit, allowing zero pressures in 47 pass blocking snaps, and compiling an 89.4 PFF grade.

Darrisaw has yet to allow a sack in 2022, and his play only seems to improve each week. Being an offensive tackle is one of the most important positions on the field, but sometimes, it doesn’t receive the praise it deserves.

Darrisaw is looking as good as anyone right now and at such a crucial position. It’s time the league takes notice of his performance.
