Which Minnesota Vikings players disappointed the most with their performance in the team’s win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 6?

The Minnesota Vikings beat the scorching heat and the Miami Dolphins this past Sunday to get their fifth win of the 2022 season. It was an offensive struggle for the Vikings, who had a plethora of three-and-outs and couldn’t move the ball for most of the first half.

Thankfully for Minnesota, the defense played lights out and was the saving grace. The Vikings’ defense put a ton of pressure on the Dolphins’ quarterbacks, whether it was Skylar Thompson or Teddy Bridgewater. Minnesota outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith was especially impressive with 11 pressures and a couple of sacks on the day.

Eventually, the Vikings’ offense woke up. Minnesota quarterback Kirk Cousins was able to hit wide receiver Justin Jefferson numerous times, and fellow receiver Adam Thielen made a couple of clutch grabs as well. Vikings running back Dalvin Cook finally hit that home run as well, scoring on a 53-yard touchdown scamper that put the game out of reach.

It wasn’t the prettiest victory, but a win is a win in the NFL, and Minnesota will take it. While some Vikings players performed at a very high level, there was a handful who struggled. Which Minnesota players were the most disappointing in the team’s win in Miami?
