The NFC North is an interesting division this year. It isn’t shaking out the way most people were expecting it would for the Vikings.
Through the first seven games of the 2022 NFL season, it is starting to look as though the pecking order of the NFC North is becoming quite clear, even with 11 weeks left some teams are fading while others gain momentum.
Of course, doing well in the division is important because each division winner assures themselves a postseason spof, and an opportunity to play for the greatest prize in the sport, the Lombardi trophy.
The NFL is divided into two conferences, each with four divisions that are comprised of four teams each, which accounts for all 32 teams in the league. Geographically, lumping together the Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, and Chicago Bears makes sense because of their proximity to each other.
How Is each team in the NFC North doing this year? Who is their most valuable player and how will the rest of the season shake out for them? Let’s dive in and take a look at each of the four teams in the division.
