Who are some Minnesota Vikings players that had underappreciated performances which helped lead to the team’s victory in Week 8?
Another week for the Minnesota Vikings, another close game, and yet, another win for the team as well. The Vikings are sitting at 6-1 after their previous win and find themselves atop the NFC North by a decent margin after just eight weeks of football.
While some of Minnesota’s wins haven’t been all too convincing, you don’t exactly just stumble into one of the best records in the NFL, and this team continues to find ways to win.
The Vikings faced a tough opponent in the Arizona Cardinals this past weekend, as early season struggles for Arizona have begun to turn around lately, due in large part to the reinstatement of star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins from suspension.
Minnesota, as a whole, were able to take advantage of what Arizona gave them, which is something that was hard to say just last season. It was a solid win overall for the Vikings, and while players like Za’Darius Smith and Dalvin Cook are getting their shine for their monster performances, who else on the Vikings had a good game that contributed to Minnesota’s sixth win?
