3 most disappointing Vikings from the win over the Bills in Week 10

Greg Joseph has had himself a rocky 2022 season. He’s missed kicks in very inopportune times that have led to Vikings’ games going down to the wire and keeping teams alive long after they should’ve been put to rest. His stats are some of the worst among kickers in the entire league, yet there is no sense that the team is ready to make a change.

Greg did what he does best again against the Bills. The Vikings closed the gap late in the game on a sneaky CJ Ham touchdown run and then the kicker trotted on the field to make it a 3-point game by kicking a routine extra point. What does Greg Joseph do? He doinks in right off the upright and the Vikings are down by four instead of three.

The Vikings once again overcame the hole their kicker put them in by failing to do his job. The fact the Vikings won this one again probably puts Joseph’s kicking woes on the back burner. The team would be wise to at least sign another option to the practice squad because one of these days these misses by their kicker will come back to haunt them.
