An ugly 8-2 record is still a good place to be

Yes. This was an embarrassing loss for the Minnesota Vikings. The Dallas Cowboys not only moved the ball with ease on offense but they consistently got pressure on  Kirk Cousins by dominating the offensive line.

Despite the loss, Minnesota is still among the elite in the NFC and is still likely to finish the season in the top spot in the NFC North. Two losses at this point in the season aren’t a huge reason to panic.

Coming into this season with a new head coach, new offense, and new defensive scheme, expectations weren’t super high for a football team that made so many changes during the offseason.

Seven games remain on the schedule for the 8-2 Minnesota Vikings. There will be plenty of opportunities for the team to bounce back and prepare for what should be a postseason berth and a hopeful deep run.
