Justin Jefferson – WR

Vikings fans have become accustomed to herculean efforts from Justin Jefferson, so when he puts up a dud in the stat book, people start to worry.

Jefferson’s lack of production can be traced back to the poor blocking for Minnesota quarterback Kirk Cousins, as the star receiver needs his signal-caller to get him the ball. But when Cousins has no time to throw it, there are no targets coming to Jefferson.

Those who did not watch the game claim that Dallas cornerback Trevon Diggs was the culprit for Jefferson’s off day. While Diggs did a fine job, the real players who locked up Jefferson were along the Cowboys’ defensive line.

After the amazing game that Jefferson had against the Buffalo Bills in Week 10, it’s hard not to expect big things every game from the third-year wideout.

This poor showing is not on Jefferson, as he and Cousins weren’t even given a chance to produce together, thanks to Micah Parsons and the Dallas defense swarming the quarterback on every play.
