Did you forget about Kene?

After bringing two kicks back to the house during his rookie year in 2021, Kene Nwangwu quickly cemented himself as one of the most dangerous kickoff return specialists in the league despite his young age.

It took him 12 weeks into this season to get his third kickoff return score and it came at a time when the purple and gold could really need some help to get momentum back on their side on Thanksgiving.

The third-quarter explosion of speed by Nwanwu is a sour point of the game according to some Patriots fans who wanted an illegal block in the back or a holding penalty called on the play. to save it from being a touchdown.

Officiating in this game is a whole different conversation that is still happening on Twitter as well as what is and isn’t a catch in today’s NFL. Thankfully, Nwangwu’s return drew no flags and put some points on the board for the Minnesota Vikings.
