Patrick Peterson – CB
At this point, it would be a bit surprising to see Patrick Peterson leave the Minnesota Vikings. They seem to have a great appreciation for each other over their last two seasons while he wore purple and gold.
Although Cameron Dantzler has been progressing well, having solid cornerbacks is essential to be a contender. Don’t be surprised if Peterson signs a multi-year deal this offseason to keep with the Vikings for the next two or three seasons.
A three-time All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowl defender, he would be a fantastic mentor for a young group of conerbacks as the team continues to attempt to draft the next era of defensive back through the draft.
Peterson himself has 12 pass defenses with three of those being interceptions adding 41 combined tackles with three of those for a loss of yardage. He may not be playing at an All-Pro level this year, but he has been a more-than-solid starter.
