Predicting the final five games of Minnesota Vikings 2022 season

Week 15
Minnesota Vikings vs. Indianapolis Colts
Kevin O’Connell’s penultimate home game of his first season at the helm welcomes an indifferent Indianapolis Colts to U.S. Bank Stadium. This represents another good opportunity for the Minnesota Vikings to emerge with a win, which could help their chances of wrestling the NFC’s No. 1 overall seed from the red-hot Philadelphia Eagles.
The Colts made headlines recently by firing Frank Reich and replacing him with Jeff Saturday. A man who enjoyed a glittering playing career with the franchise but had no experience other than high school coaching before accepting the job on an interim basis.
Saturday knew the size of the task awaiting him. After a strong opening win, it’s tailed off dramatically, and it would be a major shock if they got one over on Minnesota, all things considered.
Looking at both rosters, it’s not hard to see why the Vikings will be heavily favored. However, the coaching staff would be wise to respect some outstanding playmakers on both sides of the football that can turn any game on its head.
Prediction: Win (11-3)
If Minnesota wants to go deep into the postseason, these are the games they need to win comfortably. They also need to be ruthless against a team that is devoid of any real confidence right now.
