The Minnesota Vikings found themselves on the losing end this past weekend to the Detroit Lions. Who on the team is receiving more blame than they deserve?

The Minnesota Vikings lost their third game of the 2022 season after falling in their most recent matchup against the Detroit Lions.

A win would have secured a division title and a spot in the playoffs for Minnesota, but the Vikings will have to wait another week to get that shot again. Losing is never fun, but Minnesota is sitting at 10-3 now, so this loss doesn’t seem to sting as much.

The Lions are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and when you pair that with no Christian Darrisaw, Garrett Bradbury, or Harrison Smith this past Sunday, it was a recipe for disaster for the Vikings.

Minnesota was in the game until the very end, but they were unable to secure the victory. Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson put together herculean efforts to give the Vikings a chance, and while they are being cleared of blame, who are some other players who deserve to have some of the blame alleviated off their shoulders?
