Stepping up to help out

It’s crazy how much attention Justin Jefferson and Dalvin Cook can draw from defenses. If someone else can step up for the Minnesota Vikings, their offense can move the chains much easier.

This week, K.J. Osborn put on a show. He caught ten passes on Saturday for a total of 157 yards and a touchdown. He tied with Justin Jefferson for most targets in the game since Kirk Cousins threw the ball his way 16 times.

Jefferson is Minnesota’s number-one receiver and everyone knows it. Adam Thielen has taken a step back this year and hasn’t been the contributor many had hoped he could be in this Vikings’ offense.

Having someone who can be a huge part of the offense when needed is such a big asset for the Minnesota Vikings. Continuing to earn the trust of Kirk Cousins and the coaching staff can earn him a long stay with the purple and gold/
