Comeback Kirk is a real thing

Forget the people who don’t believe that Kirk Cousins can play from behind. He has led multiple game-winning drives this year and has thrown for a lot of yards in the last two weeks of the NFL season.

Don’t be surprised if Kirk Cousins is once again nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week with his stat line of 34 receptions on 54 passes for 469 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions.

Overcoming two interceptions can be a lot, but Cousins could fight past his mistakes to put together big drives when needed to put the team in a good position and execute important plays when needed.

He may not get the attention of a quarterback like Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, or even Justin Herbert, but Kirk Cousins is more than capable of leading this Minnesota Vikings team to wins even if they seem improbable.
