The Rest

  • 8. Seattle Seahawks (7-7)
  • 9. Detroit Lions (7-7)
  • 10. Green Bay Packers (6-8)
  • 11. Carolina Panthers (5-9)
  • 12. New Orleans Saints (5-9)
  • 13. Atlanta Falcons (5-9)
  • 14. Arizona Cardinals (4-10)
  • 15. Los Angeles Rams (4-10)
  • 16. Chicago Bears (3-11)

Despite falling to the rival New York Giants in Week 15, the Washington Commanders would still earn a spot in the playoffs if the season ended today. The Commanders would also travel to the Twin Cities to take on the Vikings inside U.S. Bank Stadium if the playoffs were to begin this weekend.

Washington has a tough remaining schedule, with matchups against the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, and Dallas Cowboys. So it’s very possible that the Lions or Seahawks will wind up as the No. 7 seed in the NFC by the time the 2022 regular season comes to an end.
