Christian Darrisaw – LT

This is the biggest snub on the list. Christian Darrisaw, in just his second season, has quickly become one of the best left tackles in the league. He gets better every single week, and he’s a dude that plays with a mean streak.

It’s not always easy to see during games, but going back and watching the film, it’s evident how nasty Darrisaw is. He routinely knocks men on the ground making even the most athletic and powerful defensive ends and edge rushers look like mere rag dolls.

He rarely allows a sack and is seldom flagged for any sort of penalty. He has protected Kirk Cousins’ blindside to the point where it just isn’t an issue, and Kirk doesn’t have to worry about taking hits that are going to cause the ball to come flying out of his hands.

It’s not Darrisaw’s play that didn’t get him into the Pro Bowl. It could be the fact that he’s still young and has only started 22 games in his career. Or maybe the reason is that he’s been hurt. Darrisaw missed a handful of games due to concussions, and maybe those missed games caused him to lose out on some votes.

Whatever the reason, Darrisaw will end up in many Pro Bowls before his NFL career is over, and the first one should’ve already happened.
