Green Bay Packers

The manhandling of the Minnesota Vikings is fresh in the mind of fans. In fact, Minnesota could have kept Green Bay out of the playoffs if they could have beaten them last week, but they failed to do so.

Yes, Minnesota had a convincing win over the Packers in Week 1 at U.S. Bank Stadium but this is far from the same Green Vay team they played back then. The Packers are motivated and hungry, playing their best football of the season.

It would be wonderful if the Vikings could be the team to knock the Packers out of the playoffs, but Minnesota matches up very poorly against Green Bay and this should be the last thing purple and gold fans want in the Wild Card round.

In order for this matchup to happen, Green Bay needs to win and Minnesota would need to move into the second seed in the NFC. The 49ers losing to the Cardinals seems highly unlikely, but it is definitely a scenario to keep in the back of your mind as the final week of the regular season unfolds.
