Reinforcements are coming

It feels a little weird to be excited about Garrett Bradbury returning after how much he was the (sweaty) butt of so many jokes, but his return couldn’t come at a better time for the Minnesota Vikings.

Minnesota has been working with backup Austin Schlottmann and Chris Reed while Bradbury recovered but neither is a starting-caliber center. Since the middle of the offensive line has been a weakness for the Vikings, it will be great to have him back.

Defender Brian Asamoah has been dealing with a knee injury. He will give the middle of that defense the ability to keep a fresh linebacker in there to chase Giants’ ball carriers. His speed is also a nice asset for Minnesota.

The Minnesota Vikings will also have tight end Irv Smith Jr. who was on injured reserve the first time these two teams met. These three players should help a team that can struggle at times on either side of the ball.
