The Minnesota Vikings 2022 season is in the books, so now we can go back and grade the performance of every one of Kwesi Adofo-Mensah’s draft picks.

When a season in the National Football League comes to an end for the Minnesota Vikings and the other 31 teams in the NFL, it’s a time for reflection and evaluation.

Teams look at the season that just came to pass and think of ways they can improve. They also look at some of the things they did right and what they need to continue to do in the future.

With that comes the grading of every position to see who on the roster is worth hanging on to and who maybe needs to be let go or, at worst, will need to compete for their roster spot in the coming preseason.

It is also a time to look back at the rookie class as a whole and grade them on the impact they had in their first season in the league. These grades are ultimately futile because some players missed large portions of the season due to injury, and it’s hard to predict how a class will pan out based on just one season.

That being said, we will evaluate this Vikings rookie class on a production-only basis, with the first-round pick having the most available points and then dropping as the rounds go down. We will also look at the potential of Minnesota’s 2022 rookie class at the end, giving out two grades before this is over.

Let’s get started.
