Which offensive prospects should the Minnesota Vikings keep close tabs on during the 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl?

The first major steps toward the NFL Draft for the Minnesota Vikings take place this week as both the 2023 East-West Shrine and the Senior Bowls commence. The East-West Shrine is first on the docket as it takes place on Thursday, February 2nd.

The Vikings don’t have a ton of draft picks this year after wheeling and dealing in 2022 and then moving some picks for players during the season.

On the offensive side of the ball, Minnesota could look for an heir apparent at quarterback, a wide receiver or two, some offensive line depth, and potentially a running back.

The Vikings will have scouts in attendance all week looking to uncover some hidden gems that could be playing in this game. So who are a few offensive prospects that Minnesota should watch closely during the 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl?
