The 2023 NFL Draft is still a few months away, but analysts have already been creating plenty of intrigue with some of the prospects they’ve predicted to land with the Vikings.

NFL Mock Draft Roundup: Who are the Minnesota Vikings selecting in 2023?

Mock Draft No. 1: Josh Edwards (CBS Sports)

• Selection: Jordan Addison – WR (USC)

With the No. 23 pick in the first round of this year’s NFL Draft, CBS Sports’ Josh Edwards has Minnesota using their selection on former USC wide receiver Jordan Addison. With Adam Thielen not getting any younger, Addison would be a great addition to the Vikings’ offense to help take some of the attention off of Justin Jefferson.

Mock Draft No. 2: Arif Hasan (Pro Football Network)

• Selection: Devon Witherspoon – CB (Illinois)

Pro Football Network’s Arif Hasan has Minnesota going in a different direction with this year’s first-round pick, as he has them using the selection to improve the level of talent in their cornerback group. With the Vikings having one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL in 2022, the addition of Devon Witherspoon would be welcomed with open arms.

Mock Draft No. 3: Charles McDonald (Yahoo Sports)

• Selection: Cam Smith – CB (South Carolina)

Like Hasan, Yahoo Sports’ Charles McDonald believes Minnesota should use their top pick in the 2023 NFL Draft to fix a horrendous secondary. McDonald went with a different corner for the Vikings, however, as he has them using their first-round selection on former South Carolina corner Cam Smith.
