Nasir Adderley

2022 Team: Los Angeles Chargers

Despite starting 44 games over the past three seasons, Nasir Adderley has not been as productive as expected in the NFL. He has still been a pretty solid starter on the back end of the Chargers’ defense, but the lack of ball skills has been noteworthy. He has just three interceptions in his career thus far while only exceeding 70 tackles once in four years.

Adderley has made some plays here and there, but the lack of consistency will probably force him out of town. He has the frame and skill set to be an aggressive defender in the air, but he just has not been productive yet.

If the Vikings decide to take a cheaper route and take a chance on a player with more upside than actual production, Adderley is an option. He could learn a ton from other veterans in the locker room, and having a defensive coordinator that plays aggressively could do wonders.
