Free agents looking to make a decision on where to play in 2023 and beyond may want to check out a recent report from the NFLPA.

A lot more goes into a football team than just taking he field once a week for 17 weeks and hoping to make the playoffs. For teams like the Minnesota Vikings, there is a lot more that goes into being successful.

Many of the qualities that go into creating a great NFL franchise were recently evaluated by the NFLPA and their findings were published in an article on the organization’s website, grading the parts of the team that can change a player’s experience.

To nobody’s surprise, the Minnesota Vikings ranked among the top teams in every category in the study. In fact, the lowest grade they received in any category was an A- while some other teams scored as low as an F-.

Where did the Minnesota Vikings excel?

Minnesota received four grades of A+. Those grades were particularly important because they had to do with team facilities and staff, key parts of keeping players healthy as well as keeping morale high among players.

The strength staff as well as the training staff both received an A+ while the training room and the locker room got the same grade. The Vikings invested a lot in their facilities so it is nice to see them be well received. A wonderful facility is great, but if you fill it with poor staff, it would be a waste of resources.

Any free agent who is on the fence about which team to sign with can look at these studies and know they will be well taken care of with the Minnesota Vikings in just about every phase of their job, making their decision easier.
